International Prevention Summit 2026

The International Prevention Summit 2026, taking place on 6 August 2026 in Dhaka , will bring together leaders from faith communities, science, public health and civil society to strengthen community-based approaches to diabetes prevention.

The summit will mark the launch of the Dhaka Declaration on Faith-Based Diabetes Prevention. GMHA is a signatory to the Declaration, supporting collaborative, evidence-informed and culturally relevant action that connects faith, science and communities for better metabolic health.
